About me
Hi, I’m Rick Albert
I’m a 2x house hacker in Los Angeles. Plus, I’m also a Real Estate Broker (DRE#01884303). I’ve helped clients in helping client house hack their way to financial freedom.
I’ve been involved over 300 real estate transactions over the last decade, and even a case study in the popular Bigger Pockets published book, “House Hacking Strategy,” as well as been on a variety of podcasts ranging from StartUp REI, House Hacking Success, and more.
The best part of my house hacking experience? I never put 20% down. My first house hack involved a condo. I even utilized the FHA 203(k) on my latest house hack, remodeling the main house and building an Accessory Dwelling Unit.
